17th Young Scientists' Conference on Astronomy and Space Physics

The aim of the annual Open Young Scientists' Conference on Astronomy and Space Physics is to provide young scientists with a possibility to communicate and present their scientific work. Young scientist is a student (PhD-student, PhD, researcher... up to 35).
Цель ежегодной Открытой конференции молодых ученых по астрономии и астрофизике - дать молодым ученым возможость представить и обсудить свою научную работу. Молодые ученые - студенты, аспиранты, исследователи до 35 лет.

Working language: English
During the Conference each young participant should present a short report (12 minutes) or a poster (with a poster presentation of about 5 minutes). Besides students' reports invited lectures are planned.
Participants can present their reports using either multimedia projector
or projector for transparent films.

LOCATION
The conference will take place at the Faculty of Physics of Kyiv National Taras Shevchenko University, Glushkova ave., 2, Kyiv, Ukraine.
ACCOMODATION
University hostel just near the University (10 minutes walk from the Faculty)
(35 UAH per day for one person in a 4-beds-room with kitchen, shower, wc)- the Hotel of the Institute of Continuing Education (15 minutes walk from the Faculty)
(65 UAH per day for one person in a double-room with shower, wc; also hostel-type, but looks much better then University hostel)

PROCEEDINGS
The proceedings of the YSC'17 will be published. The papers should be sent during the month after the conference. Each manuscript will be reviewed by two specialists from SOC.
REGISTRATION
In order to participate in the conference it is necessary to submit information about yourself (name, address, institution, affiliation, etc.) along
with a short abstract of your report via electronic registration page. The book of abstracts of YSC'17 will be published after deadline and distributed between the participants during the registration.
